Anonymous asked: What hairstyle do you suggest fo very thin hair and a long rectangular face? The hairdressers I have been to keep asking me but I'd prefer their professional opinion.

Hi there. You can go for side sweat bangs, layers and romantic waves.

1) Bangs counteract a long face, making it look shorter by covering your forehead.

2) This will benefit both your fine hair and create a really nice hairstyle to bring out your best features. You want to avoid a one-length style because that draws the eye down and makes your face appear even longer.

3)  Curling your hair  give the illusion of fuller hair, but it will provide lots of focal points.

Layering fine hair adds instant volume, creating the appearance of thicker hair. Moreover, layered hair—even in a short haircut—can also make the hair seem longer. Layers high on the head, starting just below the crown, add maximum volume and fullness to fine hair for those with an oblong face.

*Be careful when adding layers to fine hair, especially if it is also thin. Thin, fine hair tends to be unforgiving to scissor cuts. Seek out a skilled, professional hairstylist who is comfortable and experienced in working with fine hair, and who can employ a straight razor to layer and texturize a hairstyle.

Hope this helps :)

// Weight Loss Tip #9. AVOID ALCOHOL//

Especially during the summer, excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided, as it is causing increased urination and dehydrates the body, not to mention the calorie load that alcohol has. Prefer lots of water and natural juices that will not give you a lot of extra calories and above all they are healthy.
